Q: Can I only be a member through app?
A: Nope! You can also access the SPIN! Club section of our website at www.spinpizza.com/spin-club then select “sign up” and enter the email connected to your old account, phone number, birthday and any other information you want connected to your account.
Q: I tried to access my account but it says “Already Migrated.” How can I get back in?
A: If you receive a message that your account has already been migrated, that means either yourself or someone you share the account with has already activated it.
For you to access it again, select “get started” then “log in” and enter the email and password that was created when the account was set up.
Q: Can I continue to share my account?
A: Of course! To do this:
Select “log in” then enter the email and password created when the first person who shares your card signed up
Select “log in” and enter the email and password created when the account was activated
Q: How can I earn points?
A: One point is awarded for every dollar you spend based on the subtotal amount of your ticket, excluding alcohol purchases. Earn $10 in SPIN! dough for every 200 points you earn.
Q: Scanning the receipt after my purchase isn’t convenient for me. Is there another way to earn points?
Q: I don’t want the app and/or have a smart phone. How Can I earn points at the register?
A: You can do this two ways:
1. You can tell your cashier you want to “earn” at the register and they can look you up by phone number (we promise we’ll never call or text you)
2. You can sign into your SPIN! Club account online and select “enter your barcode” then enter the 12 or 13 digit number under the barcode.
For your cashier to look you up by phone number, make sure to add your phone number to your account.
Q: I tried to order online but am told my email is incorrect and can’t place it through. Why is this?
A: While there is the option to order on your phone, online ordering actually goes outside of the app to our website. Due to the switch in systems, some emails that were entered one way in the original sign up are different than the ones used for our new app. Because of this difference, the email used to sign into the app isn’t recognized on online ordering if it’s a different than the original one.
Q: I placed an online order but didn’t receive points. What happened?
A: To earn points from an online order or order placed over the phone, you will need to let your cashier know at the register you want to “earn” and they can either scan the QR code on your phone under “earn” or they can look you up by phone number.
