...(In the Neapolitan spirit), we take making you a wonderful pizza very seriously. (Otherwise, in the Neapolitan spirit, we don’t take ourselves too seriously at all.)

We make our dough fresh every day using 3 types of flour and then age it overnight to develop its flavor.
We hand stretch and spin every crust. Our talented “spinners” make it look easy!

We top every pizza with our own oven roasted onions, mushrooms, garlic cloves, tomatoes, chicken, chicken sausage, artichokes, and other market fresh stuff. As well as hand-grated cheeses with hand-chopped and pulled fresh herbs.

Then, our pizzaoli (expert pizza baker) turns and slides your pizza through every part of the oven until it has crisp and tender crust and charred bubbles that are hallmarks of the Neapolitan pizza. It takes the whole restaurant to make sure that when your pizza is delivered to you, it’s as “perfetta” as it can be.

Add to your SPIN! Pizza perfetta a glass of wine, one of our signature salads, and maybe even a cup of our signature gelato, and you’ve got the lunch or dinner perfetta, too!
It’s a lot of work. But we love it. We hope you do too.
